The PC i plan to buy,,,

I've been doing some research into the components i want and after years of struggling with low quality stuff, i wanted to make no big compromises this time around.   Intel is kning again now, and nvidia annihilates ati, so the build is going to be an intel-nvidia one.  So here goes :

CPU - Intel Q6600 - 2.4 GHz, 1066 FSB, 4 cores - a great overclocker Rs.10500

Motherboard-  Abit iP35 pro - Intel P35 chipset, gr8 oc'er.9500

Graphics card - ASUS Nvidia 8800GT 512mb - gr8 vfm.14600

Case - Coolermaster CM690 4250

Power supply -Coolermaster 600W extreme 3600 

RAM- Corsair XMS2 2GB (1x2) 800MHz 3900

CPU Heatsink- Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme 3600

HDD - Western Digital 320GB 3550

TV Tuner- Pinnacle  PCTV PCI 2400 

Speakers- Logitech X530 5.1 surrounds 5600

TOTAL                                                         61500

The other parts inc. monitor, i already have and i will carry over.  Also, I hope to get arounf 10k for my current setup, so i can get the new system at 50k approx. All your comments are welcome!!!

Football sites - the top 5

Here is a list of the 5 top sites for football (soccer for yanks). Note that this contains not only sites dealing with news and analysis. Anything connected with football finds its way unto here. 

1.  Goal.com - Fair, unbiased and has good variety. Good if you just want news vanilla flavour and nothing more. But the con is that it has....nothing more!

2.  Football365.com - Goal.com peppered with pun and sarcasm, just the way we all like it! It is more of a community type site, with blogs and more user articles, rants et al.

3.  tribalfootball - Online equivalent of the notorious tabloids of UK la News of the World, The Sun.  Ultimate  for gossip freaks.  Just take all headlines with a pinch of salt though!

4.  Soccerbase.com - For the statistically inclined, or those of us who just want to check up on some stats, this is the way to go...

5.  allfootballgames.co.uk - fun flash games with a footballing theme. enjoy!
